When opening a new booster, make sure to rinse the cartridge with 100uL of delivery buffer. This helps to wet the chip and prime it before cells pass through.

4. Boosting
Setting up the ‘No Cargo’ as the first boost through the cartridge. Mixing 50uL of the 2x cell solution with 50uL of delivery buffer. Transfer the full 100uL cell solution to the top of the MicroBooster and attach to the Gateway. Press and hold the illuminated button until all of the liquid flows through. After 30s-1min, add recovery media to your boosted sample.

5. Clean up
Once the experiment is complete, discarding of the MicroBooster Cartridge and turning off the Gateway. If there are any spills on the Gateway, highlighting how to remove certain parts of the Gateway for a more thorough clean.
